Updates...

I have been healing really well to date. I was cleared to start easy running at the 3 month mark and have been doing that since. I started with about 5 km of walk/run, which soon increased to 6 km with longer running lengths. I still walk whenever my knee "talks", there is concrete or lots of unevenness on the path. I am hoping to train up my running these next few months as it is the only actively moving activity I can do much of for awhile. No climbing, mountain biking, canyoning etc.

I went in for a physio check up last week and my right quad is 2 cm smaller than my left. This means it's time to train up at the gym on my right side. I don't like gyms, but I got to do this. So do it I shall.
