ACL Repair Week 6 ✅

Just came back from the surgeon's appointment. I passed to be able to drive and (light) travel now. The surgeon was happy with my range of motion. We chatted about the effects the surgery had on my head/tbi and what I needed going forward.

I had a stich that needs to be taken out to avoid infection so will be doing that in a few days.

I stayed at home for 6 weeks, pretty much couch bound for most of the time. I barely socialized and focused on nursing my knee, body and mind. It was hard but had paid off to reach this milestone.
